Strategic Plan
SECCCA’s Strategic Plan sets out how we support councils to accelerate climate and energy resilience across South East Melbourne. Its three areas of focus, Convene, Catalyse and Champion, guide how we meet members’ needs and deliver scalable climate adaptation and mitigation that protects residents, assets and essential services.

Impact Report
Our first Impact Report evaluates SECCCA’s work across South East Melbourne from 2004 to 2025. Independent consultancy First Person Consulting led the evaluation.
