Visit the sustainability page on your local council’s website. This is where you will find useful resources, tools and information all tailored to your local area to further build resilience. For example, actions you can take via available council programs or opportunities to get involved in activities that help reduce carbon emissions and build community resilience.

Get active about climate change!

Join the Australian Youth Climate Coalition: A youth movement tackling the climate crisis. Running campaigns across Australia to educate and protect future generations. Come and take part in a generation-wide movement of young people leading solutions to the climate crisis.

This resource was developed as part of SECCCA’s Enhancing Community Resilience Project. This is the output of a co-design project between a group of young people in Frankston City, the Frankston City Council, South East Councils Climate Change Alliance and the Minderoo Foundation. Thank you to the staff and students from Frankston High School and Elizabeth Murdoch College for their participation in co-designing and creating these videos.
